2009-10 REGISTRATION: Registration packets will be mailed June 18. Basic fees and outstanding obligations are due July 16. We will send you a bill for specific course fees after the school year starts. Call Peggy Cope at 847-932-2030, if you have any questions.  When necessary, download these forms:

• Medical Informational Letter From School Nurse 
• Physical Exam Form - all 9th graders must have physical
• Medication Form - students who take meds during school day
• Self Medication Form - students who carry EPI pen
• Self Medication Form - students who carry Asthma medication
  

COURSE REQUEST CHANGES: Over the summer, students will be allowed to make discretionary changes to their course requests. Changes will be made on a space available basis.

COUNSELOR APPOINTMENTS: To make an appointment to see a counselor over the summer, please call 847-932-2002. Counselor summer hours are as follows:

- Generally two days a week, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Call for specific dates.
- August 5 – Final mailing! 2009-10 schedules will be mailed home 
- August 11, 12 & 13 – 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. LAST CHANCE TO CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULE!  NO SCHEDULE CHANGES AFTER SCHOOL STARTS!

NEW STUDENTS: Please call 847-932-2002 to make an appointment to register for the 2009-10 school year. You must provide:

• Proof of residency
  • Lease, tax bill or closing papers
  • Utility bill (gas, electric or water)
• A birth certificate
• Previous school records, including an ISBE state transfer if coming from another Illinois public school
• All freshman and other new students transferring from out-of-state must have a physical and eye exam prior to the beginning of the school year.    

ACT REGISTRATION: The registration deadline for the Sept. 12, 2009 ACT is August 7. Register online at www.act.org  

FRESHMAN ORIENTATION:  Tuesday, August 11, 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. Bus service will be provided.
